Quality, Safety and Accordance

For over 40 years, TSL Engenharia e Serviços has been executing critical operations with safety, responsibility, and compliance in the oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, steel, and energy sectors.

Our performance is supported by international certifications, registered technical responsibility, and strict compliance with Brazilian regulatory standards and international standards applicable to industrial and offshore operations.

Quality Management

Environmental Management

Occupational Health and Safety

ISO certifications

TSL holds three ISO certifications, which are periodically audited by independent bodies:

ISO 9001 — Quality Management

It ensures that our operational processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved. In practice, this means predictability and repeatability: the service performed today follows the same technical standard as the service performed ten years ago.

ISO 14001 — Environmental Management

It establishes controls over the environmental impact of our operations. It applies directly to waste management, effluent treatment, and final disposal of materials generated in industrial cleanings.

ISO 45001 — Occupational Health and Safety

International standard for occupational safety management. It underpins our protocols for high-risk activities: confined spaces, work at height, high pressure, and classified areas.

Technical Responsibility — CREA and ART

All TSL operations requiring engineering responsibility are overseen by professionals registered with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy), with the issuance of an ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation) when applicable.

The ART (Technical Responsibility Certificate) is the document that formalizes who is technically responsible for a project or service. It offers legal security to the client and proves that the work is being carried out under the supervision of a legally qualified professional.

This is especially relevant in services such as ultra-high pressure water jetting, equipment inerting, tank cleaning, and maintenance of critical industrial systems — activities that require risk analysis, technical planning, and specialized supervision.

Regulatory Standards (NRs)

TSL's operations comply with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Labor applicable to each activity.

Operational safety

  • NR-33 — Confined Spaces
  • NR-35 Working at Heights
  • NR-12 Machinery and Equipment
  • NR-20 Flammable and Combustible Materials
  • NR-10 Safety in Electrical Installations

Occupational health

  • NR-06 - Personal protective equipment
  • NR-07 Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO)
  • NR-17 Ergonomics

Management and prevention

  • NR-01 Occupational Risk Management
  • NR-05 CIPA
  • NR-26 Safety signage and risk communication.

Environmental Compliance

CTF / IBAMA

TSL maintains regular registration in the Federal Technical Registry (CTF), a mandatory registration with IBAMA for companies that carry out potentially polluting activities or use environmental resources.

Law 12.305/10 - National Solid Waste Policy

Our waste management operations comply with the PNRS (National Solid Waste Policy), which establishes shared responsibility for the life cycle of waste and requires traceability from generation to environmentally sound final disposal.

CONAMA and ANP Resolutions

We apply the specific sector resolutions according to the operation — among them CONAMA 273/2000 (fuel stations and systems), CONAMA 393/2007 (discharge of produced water on offshore platforms) and ANP Resolution 09/2007.

International Standards and Offshore Operations

Operations on offshore platforms and vessels require an additional level of compliance. Our offshore teams meet the following requirements:

DNV - International safety standards

DNV is one of the world's leading certification and risk management organizations for the maritime and offshore sectors.

MARPOL 73/78

International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships. Directly applied to our tank cleaning services for ships and oil tankers.

NR-37 - Oil Platforms

Specific standard for safety and health on platforms. It integrates with NR-33, NR-35 and NR-20 in the offshore context.

NR-34 - Naval Industry

Used in ship construction, repair, and maintenance activities.

Training of offshore teams

  • CBSP Basic Platform Safety Course. Mandatory training that prepares professionals for emergencies in a maritime environment: firefighting, platform abandonment, sea survival, and first aid.
  • T-HUET Training for Helicopter Submerged Escape. Qualification for emergency situations in air transport to platforms.

Waste Transportation and Logistics

The transportation of industrial waste and equipment is carried out in accordance with ANTT (National Agency for Land Transportation) and CONTRAN (National Traffic Council).

This covers the transportation of Class I (hazardous) and Class II waste, with proper documentation, licensed vehicles, drivers trained in handling hazardous materials, and traceability throughout the logistics chain — from collection at the industrial plant to the licensed treatment destination.

You need a supplier that can prove it. accordance?

Major contractors in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and mining sectors require third-party companies to demonstrate technical expertise, valid certifications, and skilled teams. TSL has met these requirements for over 40 years.
